師生務必落實之事項

配合疫情指揮中心公告及教育部通報，3月19日起返台後需居家檢疫14天。
請師生務必落實下列事項：
1.請師長協助於班級宣導，如因必要性出國行程者，務必將旅遊史主動告知學校，以利學校安排健康管理相關措施，避免防疫破口。
2.提醒師生在出國期間如與確認病例有所接觸者，返國入境時應主動誠實申報，或與1922、學校通報。
3.學生返國如需在家進行居家檢疫，請您協助掌握行蹤，給予適切的關懷與問候，並提醒擅離居家檢疫場所會被開罰，避免該生返回學校。
4.居家檢疫者：不管本國或境外學生，務必提醒在家或宿舍休息，請勿返校，關心其課業學習問題，以維護受教權益。
防疫相關請假程序：
(1)學生收到「居家隔離」或「居家檢疫」通知書，請學生請公假(以該通知書為佐證)。
(2)開學後才出國的學生，回國後若衍生隔離、檢疫，一率不准假。
(3)3/13日後若學生為「自主健康管理」，請完成管理期程，確認健康後再到校上課，配套措施為：倘若學生欲請假，請學生請公假(以護照紀錄等為佐證，需含入境日期、旅遊國家等)。核准後，系統會通知導師、任課教師、學生。
According to the announcement of the National Health Command Center (NHCC) and notification of the Ministry of Education(MOE), People who have traveled to other countries should enhance Home Quarantine for 14 days.
Please read the following reminders carefully:
1. Please remind the students that those who have travelled abroad for necessary reasons are required to inform the school of their TOCC history so as to help the school implement effective preventive measures to contain the spread of the disease.
2. Those who has contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 when abroad should notify quarantine inspectors when arriving, or call 1922 or the school for help.
3. Please help keep track of students who practice home quarantine, and kindly offer them necessary concern. Quarantine breaker will be fined according to the disease prevention regulations, so they should remain under home quarantine and temporarily stop attending classes.
4. Students who have to follow a 14-day period of Home Quarantine (domestic and international students alike) should stay home or in the dorm. Such individuals stop attending classes though their academic performance should be kept track of to protect their right to education.
The Process of the sick leave in epidemic prevention period:
1.If students receive the home quarantine notification, we will permit their leave as the official leave. Student need to provide the notification as proof when they applied for the leave on the internet.
2.As the semester begins, if students visit a foreign country, can ' t be allow to have the leave.
3.If student is identified as self- management of health after March 13, they do not go back to the campus and the class, the corresponding policy as follow:
If students want to apply for leave, they are permitted to apply for official leave (use the passport record as the evidence, the passport need to include date of entry and traveling country.) After permitted the system will notify homeroom teacher, class teacher and the student.
